Firstly, choose the comfy bedding you will sink into after a busy day. Then, set the temperature to cool since this promotes better sleep. Lastly, keep distractions at bay. After all, this is your time to get some rest!

While many professionals, unfortunately, instead of turning inward, turn to alcohol, this is not a coping mechanism anyone should practice.
